As Architects and Designers, we have an inherent responsibility to positively impact our environment with the decisions made throughout the design and construction process. While these decisions affect the environment, they also have economic and social effects. We adhere to these ideals which have culminated in the design of multiple projects pursuing LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification. Each of our project's goals reflect the environmental values of both the Client and the design team. From water conservation to energy savings to the way we select and specify products, each project presents opportunities to creatively incorporate the latest in green building technologies. Recognizing that not all projects will pursue a LEED rating, we strive to balance sustainable building principles with the realities of constructability and fiscal restraints.
